Information you choose to use
Directory searches use the firm, city and state terms entered in the search form. Those terms may appear in the page URL and ordinary server request logs. Do not enter medical details, claim numbers, government identifiers or confidential communications into a search field.
Research Planner privacy
The Research Planner keeps selections in the current browser tab using page memory. The implementation does not create an account, upload the checklist, submit it to an API or save it to browser storage. Printing is handled by the browser.
Directory data
Firm profiles are requested server-to-server from the Injury Firm Finder mother API. Browsing a profile does not send your planner selections to a listed firm. A firm receives information only when you independently call it, visit its website or use a channel that firm controls.
Technical processing
Hosting, security and delivery infrastructure may process ordinary technical data such as IP address, browser information, requested URL, date, time and error or security events. The application repository does not currently include advertising pixels, behavioral analytics scripts or a marketing-email form.
External websites
Links to firms, agencies and other resources leave this site. Those operators control their own collection, cookies, security and privacy practices. Verify the destination before sending personal or medical information.
Retention and changes
The application itself does not define a user-account database or planner-record retention period because those features do not exist. Infrastructure logs are controlled by the relevant hosting providers and operational settings. This notice should be reviewed whenever analytics, advertising, intake forms or new vendors are introduced.
